This open-frame DC/DC Converter is designed for an output power of 100 W and achieves a high efficiency of up to 94.3% at a nominal input voltage of 110 VDC and an output of 24 VDC / 100 W.
The converter features a highly compact design with an overall height of less than 31 mm. The power semiconductors are located on the underside of the printed circuit board, enabling effective thermal coupling to the system housing via gap pads. This design facilitates efficient heat transfer from the converter to the ambient environment.
Radiated emissions are significantly below the limits defined in EN 50121-3-2 and comply with the requirements of EN 55032 Class A.
